Arrival and Departure

The Turret is available from 4:00pm on day of arrival until 10:00am on day of departure.

 

Restrictions

Please note that the Turret is non-smoking throughout, including public areas.

We do not take children under 16 or pets.

We request that you do not use candles.

 

What is included

All bedlinen, bath towels and kitchen towels.

Power, heating and hot water.

Wi-fi

 

Booking

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.

A reservation is only confirmed when the deposit is received. You will receive an information pack about the property with your booking confirmation.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking for late payment of the balance.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card.

One week before arrival and after receipt of the full balance, we will send you detailed directions and entry instructions for the Turret.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you require to cancel your booking, please let us know immediately by email. We will endeavour to re-let The Turret. In the event that we are able to re-let the property, we will refund any payment made, less any costs or discounts given to secure a new booking. However, in the event that we are unable to re-let The Turret, we reserve the right to retain any payments made.

 

We recommend that you take out suitable insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation or curtailment.

 

Security Deposit

We take a security deposit of £275. This will be released within 48 hours of departure, if there is no damage to the property.

 

Property Damage & Misuse

We ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. Under the terms of the booking, you agree to not cause any undue noise or disruption or become a nuisance to occupants of any adjoining premises.

 

We accept that minor breakages (eg. a glass or a plate) may occur and we ask that you inform us so that we can replace the items. There will be no charge for minor breakages. If we find any significant damage to the property, we will inform you within 48 hours of damage. The cost of any repair or replacement will be withheld from the security deposit.
